Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or swap an appointment.

Children

Children are allowed but please give prior notice so your treatments can take place away from quiet areas. ​

Arrival Time

We advise you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to have time to fill out a consultation form. If you arrive late to your appointment unfortunately this will be deducted from the treatment time.

Etiquette

We ask that mobile phones are on silent throughout treatments and that the noise is kept to a minimum to ensure other clients are not disturbed.
